Piracy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026. Tape Fiasco 2 (the “App”) is developed by Creative Parade AB, trading as Phase Fiasco (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information. The short version: the App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

Data we collect
None. The App collects no personal data and no usage data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking, and no accounts or logins. We have no way of seeing who you are or how you use the App.

Microphone and audio input
The App is an audio effect. When you grant microphone access, incoming audio (from your device’s microphone or a connected audio interface) is processed in real time, entirely on your device, so you can hear the effect. This audio is never recorded, saved, sent off your device, or shared with us or anyone else. If you deny microphone access, the App still works with audio from other sources, such as host apps or imported samples.

Files, presets, and settings
Presets, themes, samples you import, and app settings are stored locally on your device (including in the App’s shared storage, so the standalone app and the Audio Unit extension can share them). They are not uploaded to us or to any server. Anything you record or export stays on your device unless you deliberately share it using the system share sheet.

Network use
The App does not connect to our servers and sends us no information. If you enable Ableton Link, the App uses your local network only to synchronise tempo and transport with other Link-enabled apps on the same network. That is a direct device-to-device feature; no data is sent to us or over the internet, and it can be left off.

Third partiese
We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any. Your purchase of the App is handled by Apple through the App Store; Apple processes payment and any related information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your name, email address, payment details, or any other personal information from that transaction.

Children’s privacy
The App collects no data from anyone, including children. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.

Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have questions about your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other privacy laws, contact us using the details below.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
